Every piece is made to be lived with. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on any eligible item. Simply sign in to your account, select the order, and choose the item and your reason. No emails, no waiting.

Body and home essentials

For body care, candles, and refills, there is no need to send anything back. Once your request is received, your refund is issued to your original payment method and the piece is yours to keep or pass along.

Stone vessels

Each vessel travels back to us tracked and insured. Once your return is approved, we email you a prepaid return shipping label—simply repack the piece in its original materials. Your refund is issued to your original payment method once the vessel is received.

Cancellations

Changed your mind? Orders can be cancelled from your account any time before they ship, with a full refund to your original payment method.

The fine print

Gift cards are non-refundable. Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
